The other two are hard to answer. I haven't read much about the restoration of capitalism in Albania. There were Khrushchev-Gorbachev-esque reforms, and basically went down the same as other countries.

We should try to find out the exact conditions in Albania that made such a counter-revolutionary victory possible.

Hoxha upheld the revisionist theory that there was no class struggle in Albania as well as disregarding Mao's advance in anti-restoration struggle during the Cultural Revolution.
Although Stalin made this first mistake, it's no excuse to repeat this when this was one of the principle critiques against Stalin by the CCP and something which was well known.

Stalin held the theory that class struggle continued under socialism. It was one of his policies that the revisionists attacked at the 20th party congress. I'll Post more on the later as I am a bit busy now.
